Frequently asked questions

Why a property is missing from Portfolio Analytics or its figures are blank

Portfolio Analytics shows totals across the properties in your Portfolio. A property appears once SmartProperty has figures for it.

If the page reads "Portfolio Analytics Unavailable", Portfolio Analytics is not switched on for that Portfolio. SmartProperty switches it on.

If the Portfolio opens but a property is missing, SmartProperty does not yet have figures for that property.

If a property appears with blank figures, its reserve study data has not reached Portfolio Analytics yet.

Portfolio in the top navigation is shown only to roles that include Portfolio Analytics access.
