Glossary¶
Canonical SmartProperty terminology. Use these terms verbatim; do not invent synonyms.

| Atlas | SmartProperty's AI intelligence layer that surfaces insights and answers in-product questions for administrators. | AI, chatbot, bot, assistant |
| Board Packet | A bundled report distributed to board members ahead of a board meeting. | packet, board pack, board report |
| Component | A physical asset (roof, pool, elevator) tracked in a reserve study with a useful life and replacement cost. | item, asset (in reserve context), thing |
| Full Life | The original useful life value for a component before any time has passed. | total life, initial life |
| Funding Plan | A multi-year contribution strategy designed to fund future reserve expenditures. | savings plan, reserve fund schedule |
| Funding Plan Template | A reusable starting point for funding plans, configured once by an Account Admin and applied across associations. | plan template (alone), starter plan |
| HOA Board Member | A volunteer board member of a homeowners association. | board, board member (alone if context is ambiguous) |
| Module | A top-level functional area of SmartProperty, such as Reserve Studies or Financial Management. | section, feature area, area |
