What changed on August 14, 2026
Your notifications now follow you across every property you manage, and the Reserve Analysis Report can be run against live data or the start-of-year snapshot, with every section reading the same one.
One notification inbox across all your properties¶
The notification bell and the Notifications page now show everything addressed to you, no matter which property you are viewing.
- Each notification names the property it came from
- Opening one takes you to the right property, the same way notification emails already do
Reserve Analysis Report: choose the data it reads¶
The Reserve Analysis Report can now be run against live data (Display Latest) or against the snapshot taken at the start of the fiscal year (Display Original), and every section of the report reads the same one.
Before, the component inventory was live while the funding outlook came from the start of the year, so a component edited today could change the 30 year projection and the report could disagree with the Dashboard.
- The Report Data Source setting sits at the top of the Reserve Analysis Settings panel on the current fiscal year. Display Latest is the default and matches Funding Analysis, Current.
- The report cover states which data date produced it, on screen and in the PDF
- The control does not appear on the planning year or on closed prior years
What you need to do: Nothing. Display Latest is selected by default. Your choice saves with Save Report Settings and is stored per user, so two people can run the report against different sources. The cover states which one each used.
Fixes¶
- Completing a project no longer fails with "Unexpected Error" when a linked component had since been deleted. The completion flow now says what is wrong when a submission cannot go through.
- Club subscriptions can add assets to a project. The Add Assets button on a project's Assets tab was always disabled on Club properties.
- Planning-year Components list shows saved tags. Tags added while viewing the Planning year saved correctly, but the Tags column stayed empty, which made it look as though nothing had saved.
