What changed on June 14, 2026
Every project now gets its own folder in Files, and status reports you download are saved there automatically, so each project builds its own document history without anyone filing anything.
Project files organize themselves¶
There is now a Projects folder in Library > Files, and each project gets a folder inside it. The folder is created the first time you add the project or upload a file to it, and anything you upload on a project lands there.
Projects that already had files were given folders too, so nothing is stranded.
Status reports save themselves to the project¶
When you download a Project Status Report, the PDF is now also saved to that project's folder. One action, two results: the file downloads to your computer and joins the project's records.
- Saved files are named with the project name and the report date
- Downloading again adds a new dated version instead of replacing the old one
- Saved reports sit alongside the project's other documents in Files
Over a year this gives you a history of how a project was reported, without anyone having to remember to save anything.
Integrated portfolios load faster¶
We cleared out superseded records behind the accounting integration, which speeds up the screens that read from it on integrated portfolios.
