What changed on May 13, 2026

Clubs can now track fixed assets and depreciation on the same page they use for reserve planning. Change orders and their payments can be entered in one flow, and project task changes now come through by email.

Fixed assets and depreciation, for clubs

Club portfolios now have a fixed asset register built into the same Assets page used for reserve planning. Controllers and CFOs can handle reserve study planning and depreciation tracking in one place instead of two.

  • Assets can be classified as Fixed Asset, or Fixed Asset plus Reserve Asset
  • Straight-line monthly depreciation on both classifications
  • Capital leases are included in the register. Operating leases stay out.
  • Disposition details are tracked when an asset reaches the end of its useful life and is sold or disposed of
  • A fixed asset figure on the Assets page
  • CSV import and export cover the fixed asset fields, and export keeps the empty columns so the file round-trips

This is available on any portfolio set to the Club subscription type.

Change orders and payments in one wizard

Adding a change order used to be several manual steps, with the payment handled separately. There is now a single guided flow.

  • Pick an existing scope line item, or create one inside the wizard
  • Record a payment in the same flow, with vendor, amount, date, and GL code
  • The form adjusts as you go, so you only see the steps that apply
  • A change order cannot be saved without scope alignment, so it will not end up orphaned

You will find it under Create Change Order on the Change Orders tab of any project.

Email notifications for project task changes

Project managers and team members now get an email when a project task changes: assignment, unassignment, status update, deletion, or a field edit. It works the same way maintenance task notifications already did.

Each person controls what they receive under User Profile > Settings > Notification Settings, so this follows whatever preferences someone already has.

Two report fixes

  • Anticipated Expenditure Report totals. Applying a Location filter could produce incorrect totals. Fixed.
  • Location group selection. Picking a parent location group in the Component Inventory report tree returned an empty list instead of the components in the child locations. It now returns all of them.
