The Project Status Report can now be tailored before you generate it, with a preview before the PDF. Contributions can also be reversed cleanly through the CINC integration.

Shape the Project Status Report before you send it

The report used to come out one way. Now a configuration window lets you build it for whoever is receiving it.

  • Set a custom reporting date range, choose which pages to include, and order the content
  • Rename the report and edit its description
  • Pick specific notes and project photos to include
  • Review everything in a preflight view before the PDF is generated

You will find it under Export Report in the Projects module.

Reversing contributions in CINC

The CINC integration now supports reverse debits and credits on contributions, so a contribution entry can be corrected while keeping the audit trail with the CINC general ledger intact.

This works on all active CINC integrations, with nothing to configure.

Applying for a Landing Rock account

Selected properties can now apply for a Landing Rock account from inside SmartProperty, through a dedicated workflow, rather than handling the application separately.
